1. EcoFlow Malaysia warranty does not apply to the following:

Non-quality-related issues
Purchases without valid proof of purchase
Products that have exceeded their warranty period
Damage or defects due to misuse, unauthorized modifications, disassembly, or failure to follow instructions/manuals
Exposure to excessive heat, liquids, or other external factors
Use of unauthorized third-party parts causing compatibility or reliability issues

2. Warranty is valid only for EcoFlow products purchased within Malaysia.

3. EcoFlow Malaysia covers all shipping costs for customers during warranty after-sales service.

4. For out-of-warranty repairs, customers are responsible for:

All repair and labor charges
Any shipping costs incurred

5. EcoFlow Malaysia reserves the right to determine final warranty status after product inspection.
