How to Change Your Blade
Both the Isio II and EasyShear feature a tool-less design that makes blade replacement simple. Follow these steps based on your specific model:
For Bosch Isio II (Multi-Click System)
- Safety First: Ensure the tool is switched off and the safety lock is engaged.
- Release the Blade: Press the two red buttons located on either side of the tool housing simultaneously.
- Remove: Pull the old blade unit away from the motor body.
- Insert New Blade: Align the recesses on the new 8cm grass blade with the holding pins on the tool.
- Lock in Place: Slide the blade onto the tool until you hear a clear "click," indicating it is securely engaged.
For Bosch EasyShear
- Turn Off: Ensure the device is powered down completely.
- Remove Bottom Cover: Turn the tool to its side and slide the bottom cover off by pushing it toward the rear.
- Swap Blades: Lift the old blade out and place the new 1600A01S1P blade onto the drive pins.
- Reattach Cover: Slide the bottom cover back into its forward position until it clicks shut.
