Warranty covers manufacturing defects only. Issues caused by misuse, improper installation, or failure to follow instructions are not covered.

Customers who register their Grundfos pump online within 14 days of purchase and upload valid proof of purchase may enjoy:

+6 Months Extended Warranty for WA and WD warranty codes
1-Time Free Onsite Service (by request) within 3-year warranty period for WE warranty code
(Note: Parts are chargeable if fault is not due to manufacturing defect)

📌 Warranty Terms

Warranty applies only to products purchased in Malaysia
Warranty is valid only with proof of purchase (tax invoice) and valid E-warranty number
Defects must be reported within the warranty period
Grundfos will repair or replace the defective product (at its discretion) through an authorized service centre
Return shipping to service centre is prepaid by the customer
Do not disassemble the product before inspection – doing so will void the warranty
Grundfos is not liable for misuse, unauthorized modifications, or unsuitable installation environments
Warranty excludes:

Wear and tear
Dry running, cavitation, or unfavorable electrical supply
Flooding, lightning, mishandling
Unauthorized alterations or repairs
Incorrect installation not following Grundfos manuals
