📄 Terms & Conditions

1. EcoFlow Malaysia warranty does not apply to the following:

  • Non-quality-related issues
  • Purchases without valid proof of purchase
  • Products that have exceeded their warranty period
  • Damage or defects due to misuse, unauthorized modifications, disassembly, or failure to follow instructions/manuals
  • Exposure to excessive heat, liquids, or other external factors
  • Use of unauthorized third-party parts causing compatibility or reliability issues

2. Warranty is valid only for EcoFlow products purchased within Malaysia.

3. EcoFlow Malaysia covers all shipping costs for customers during warranty after-sales service.

4. For out-of-warranty repairs, customers are responsible for:

  • All repair and labor charges
  • Any shipping costs incurred

5. EcoFlow Malaysia reserves the right to determine final warranty status after product inspection.

We currently ship to Malaysia. International shipping is available by request only, please contact us for inquiry.

Standard shipping normally takes 3-5 days. Express shipping within Klang Valley is available for an additional charge, please contact us if you need it.
