BUYING FROM US
There are a few ways you can buy goods from us, as listed below:
Online Order
To order online you need to browse the product and add it into the cart. You can always review the items in the cart before checkout, once you are ready to make payment simply click on the checkout button and follow the next instructions.
Once your payment has been successfully processed you will be directed to the Order Confirmation screen. This will confirm your unique order reference number along with details of your order, this will also be emailed to you.
Order by Phone
To order by phone simply give us a call to place your order. We will collect all your delivery details, the product(s) you wish to order and then we will give you payment links to make your payment or you can request for cash on delivery for Klang Valley area only. Please note we do NOT store any credit/debit card details nor do we write them down. For your own security please do not include any card details within emails.
Order in Stores
Pick up a copy of our catalogue from the branch or browse from our website. Note the model name or SKU number to refer for order
A member of the team at the store will take your order details and once confirmed will pick your order. If more items are required than the stock level available then these can be ordered for pick up or delivery depending on the availability of the items. An invoice will be printed and payment to be made to complete the order (we accept cash and most credit or debit cards).
PAYMENT & SHOPPING GUIDELINES

Pricing: We strives to provide accurate prices and product descriptions. However, prices and quantities may change without notice. CT Hardware reserves the right to limit orders based on out-of-stock situations, pricing and description errors.
Out-of-Stock Items: If we are unable to fulfill an order due to a product that is unexpectedly out-of-stock, you will be notified and given option either to keep the order or refunded the full price of your order. CT Hardware is not held responsible for any typographical errors or claims made by the manufacturer or the purchaser. You will receive a confirmation email once you have successfully placed your order, detailling all the product, payment and shipping information.
