E-COMMERCE CONTENT & MARKETING INTERN

We are looking for young, vibrant and hardworking individuals who are eager to learn and get exposure in the e-commerce industy. No working experience necessary as training will be provided.

Salary: RM800 per Month
Minimum working availability: 2 Months
Employment type: Full-time

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must have a good command of English/Bahasa Malaysia
  • Capable of learning new web interfaces quickly
  • Applicant must currently be enrolled in a college or university.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Versatile and capable in adapting to different tasks that may be out of the usual routine
  • No work experience required


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist in managing product and marketing content on website

E-COMMERCE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SALES REP

We’re looking for someone who can provide customers with our "ask me anything" service. We are seeking a bright, energetic, computer savvy individual who is comfortable and confident on the phone, and is a skilled multi-tasking person. Ideally, we require someone who has a proven track-record in sales, but more importantly we’re looking for someone with impeccable work ethic who will go above and beyond for our customers. Previous sales and /or customer service experience is helpful. Training will be provided for the right person.

Base Pay: RM 1,400 - RM 1,800

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Candidate must possess at least a SPM or Higher any field.

  • Identify and handle customer inquiries completely and accurately to the satisfaction of the customer.

CONTENT WRITER/EDITOR

We are looking for talented and creative Content Writers/Editors with impeccable work ethic. Familarity with all forms of digital marketing and retail products knowledge is highly valued. Creative writing skills and ability to generate a concise but exciting message will be required

Base Pay: RM 3,000

E-COMMERCE CONTENT & MARKETING ASSISTANT

The job requires candidates to assist web content maintainence as well as assist in coordinating online campaigns. Candidates must possess a strong attention to detail and the ability to work under tight deadlines.

Base Pay: RM 2,000 - RM 2,500

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Advance Diploma in any field.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Assist in the implementation and accuracy of all content for assigned websites
  • Assist in the day-to-day content maintainance and help drive decisions that grow sales and increase conversion through content optimization, page creation, onsite search, navigation, and other content management opportunities.
  • Ensure proper site presentation - maintain home page, category landing pages, search landing pages, and other interior page templates
  • SKU creation and management of all products up-sell & cross-sell within our product catalog
  • Daily review of items that are ready to be promoted to the website and appropriate placement to drive sales.
  • Identify opportunities to improve site navigation as new assortments are added.




KEY ACCOUNT SALES EXECUTIVE

Candidates should be able to sell as many of our company's goods as possible as well as developing and maintaining a good relationship with clients. BRANCH MANAGER

Candidates should be able to manage the store's operation as possible as well as developing and maintaining a good relationship with clients. We’re looking for someone who ideally has a proven track-record in managing store, but more importantly we’re looking for someone with impeccable work ethic. Previous sales and /or customer service experience is helpful. Training will be provided for the right person.

RESPONSIBILITES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

1. Sales/Profit & Loss responsibility
a) Accountable for branch Profit & Loss
b) Achieve total branch sales target (maybe for specific brands)
c) Ensure up to date AR(Accounts Receivable) Collection
d) Work with Purchasing team to ensure sales forecast orders are placed to meet monthly targets whilst maintaining
optimal inventory levels
e) Ensure correct stock balance

2. Operational responsibility
a) Manage the day-to-day operations of the branch - before, during and at day end closing of business
b) Ensure 100% accuracy and accountability for inventory and paperwork
c) Ensure prompt delivery service to key accounts and other clients
d) Responsible for Debtor's Control operations, minimize returns and write offs

3. Channel development responsibility
a) Drive optimal coverage (through new accounts opening) and the development of different channels.
b) Develop relationship with users/customers and in particular key accounts
c) Liaise with respective department to align business priorities and promotional activities execution.

4. People Management
a) Manage and develop outlet staff across 3 key functions - Sales, Debtor's Control operations & office administration

5. New Business Development responsibility
a) Inform management of possible new business development opportunities.
